Grenada Tourist Visa Requirements for Bangladeshi
A tourist visa is an official authorization that allows individuals to enter a foreign country for leisure and tourism purposes.
1. Passport: To apply for a tourist visa, you must provide an original passport issued within the last 10 years. The passport should have a validity of at least six months beyond the intended date of departure and contain two consecutive blank pages. Handwritten and altered passports will not be accepted. Additionally, you need to include a clear photocopy of all pages, including any pages used previously, and any old passports if applicable.
2. Visa Application Form: Fill out the visa application form online with accurate and complete information. Please ensure careful completion of the online application.
3. Photograph: Submit two recently taken passport-size photos (3.5mm X 4.5mm). The photos must have a frontal view of the applicant with a white background. Please refrain from wearing glasses in the photos, except for prescription eyewear.
4. Cover Letter: Include a personal cover letter addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Grenada, New Delhi.” The letter should contain your personal details, purpose of the visit, and the name of the person responsible for covering the trip expenses. Make sure to mention the visa category in the subject line.
5. Forwarding Letter: If employed, obtain a letter from your employer’s office on the organization’s letterhead pad. The letter should state your name, designation, passport number, purpose of the visit, assigned roles during the trip, duration of the visit, and contact details.
6. Tour Plan: Provide a detailed itinerary of your tour, including the duration of your stay and the places you intend to visit.
7. Office ID Card: Submit three copies of your office ID card or visiting card.
8. Company Memorandum: If you are the owner, managing director, or director in the sponsoring company, provide a clear scanned copy of the Company Memorandum.
9. Personal Bank Statements: Include your personal bank statements for the last six months. Ensure that the bank’s name, telephone number, and an authorized bank stamp and signature are visible.
10. Personal ITR Certificate: Submit your income tax return certificate for the last three years.
11. Company Bank Statements: If the trip is sponsored by a company, provide their bank statements for the last six months, along with the bank’s name, telephone number, and an authorized bank stamp and signature.
12. Company ITR Certificate: If the trip is sponsored by a company, submit the company’s income tax return certificate for the last three years. The certificate must be legalized by legal authorities.
13. Airline Ticket Itinerary: Present a reserved itinerary for your airline tickets, detailing the schedule of your trip and return.
14. Hotel Reservation: Include a reserved itinerary for your accommodation, specifying the hotels or resorts you plan to stay in during your trip.
